 John John Florence Wins The Volcom Pipe Pro A huge woo-hoo, atta boy, and F#CK YEAAAAAH goes out to Astrodeck team rider and Wunderkind John John Florence. His latest victory at this year’s Volcom Pipeline Pro makes it three years in a row that the 20-year-old Oahu native has been able to do repeat business at the prestigious event. We’re so stoked and proud of John John. And this is just the start of things yet to come!

 (Photo by John Salanoa) Astrodeck team rider and resident surf grom, Ian Crane, killed the competition during Volcom’s “Totally Twisted Crustaceans of Metal” event that took place earlier this week in Newport Beach.
He swooped up the junior’s division and was a force to be reckoned as soon as the singlets were put on. And when all was said and done, Ian got a big chunky $7,000 payday. Not bad for a kid still in high school, huh?

Volcom is doing a special Pipeline/Pipe House series, mainly featuring Herbie and Gerry Lopez. This is Part II in a series and shows some crazy Herbie antics.
